Initial situation
Baloise Bank previously had a relatively traditional project and IT structure.
Goal
To enable the product department to develop digital products with a product mindset and reduce time-to-market.
Impact
In the Product Masterclass, Roger and his team have established a common language in their department and in the organisation in order to test and develop digital products with customers more effectively.Along the product lifecycle, the team has already adopted many ideas during the 8 weeks to further develop the existing products faster and more effectively. A voluntary working group will establish the procedures and findings as best practices in the organisation.
